Feedback and complaints
We aim to make your treatment as pleasant as possible every time you visit us. However, if you feel you have not been treated as you would have liked, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our practice, we want to know. It is only through hearing from you that we can help and improve our service.
Please mention your concerns in the first instance to your dentist. Leyland Implants operates an in-house complaints procedure that adheres to nationally agreed criteria. We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within three working days.
If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk where you will find an online form to complete.
Emergency
We understand the pain that toothache can cause. Wherever possible, please contact us about your dental emergency during our practice hours. If you need to be seen on the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as you can.
In the case of an emergency that is out of hours, please call 01772 455400, listen to the answering message, which will explain what to do.
